The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and the Roadway Safety Foundation (RSF) have launched a new safety campaign entitled Recognize, React, and Recover: Using Rumble Strips to Prevent Run-off-Road Crashes. Nearly half of all fatal crashes in South Carolina involved a vehicle running-off-the road. Find out more here.

The Roadway Safety Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable and educational organization solely dedicated to reducing the frequency and severity of motor vehicle crashes by improving the safety of America's roadways.
